Located on a hillside on two acres of landscaped grounds this enchanting neoclassical island retreat lies within the Terres Basses area - St. Martin's most prestigious community. This elegant villa has central air-conditioning and enjoys a splendid setting high above the picturesque Baie Rouge Beach with wonderful views across the Caribbean Sea, the island of Anguilla and the mountains of the French side of the island. Spacious and inviting living areas are featured along with 3+1 lovely bedrooms. Enjoying the natural backdrop, wraparound terraces open alongside the heated pool overlooking the Caribbean. Each of the three large bedrooms have a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, screens, and a safe and each with private bathroom with shower. A smaller fourth bedroom, which is suitable for children, is included in the rate. The Capital of the French side is the town of Marigot which is about a ten minute drive from the villa. Marigot has a wonderful a selection of restaurants and shops. Ten minutes drive in the other direction are casinos, more shops and the international airport on the Dutch side. A company called "Fabulous Feasts" offers an excellent gourmet chef service available on the island which may be utilized for any villa.
